This modern and contemporary apartment is located on the third floor (with lift to second floor) of Anstis Court, which is in the quiet Woolbrook area of Sidmouth. The accommodation is light and airy and very comfortably furnished. It features a good-size hallway with two cupboards, bedroom with sumptuous king-size bed,bathroom with bath and shower, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining room with an opulent chaise-lounge sofabed. The lounge has a 42" flat screen TV/DVD with cinema sound system plus a Nintendo Wii for some additional fun. The bedroom has a wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD player. This is a non smoking apartment and we regret that we are not able to take pets. |
The apartment has an allocated private parking space for one car. It is only a few minutes drive to the sea front and the town centre. Alternatively, a leisurely 15 to 20 minute stroll along the picturesque ‘Byes’ footpath, following the River Sid to the sea, will take you to the Esplanade.
